- A proven history of successful Service Manager expertise including but not limited to leadership and coaching
- Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of all Service Technician positions.
- Experience with all equipment gauges and tools associated with diagnosis installation and repair of mechanical services and tirerelated services.
- Strong service sales and expense control ability.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Possession of a valid instate drivers license.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a high level of professional integrity.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
