Job Description
A retail distribution company is seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to help elevate the business to new heights. This role will involve overseeing both sales and operations with significant opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities Include:
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

- Proven experience in business development sales or operations management preferably in retail distribution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
