As a Telecaller at webbitech you will be the voice of our company engaging with potential clients over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our web development services understand client needs and schedule appointments for our sales experts. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Client Engagement: Effectively communicate our web development offerings and identify client needs.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- CRM Management: Accurately record call details and client information in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable insights to the sales team based on client interactions.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling telesales or a similar role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of web development or the ability to quickly learn about our services.
- Organized: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive: Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
