Casa Brera a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International is currently recruiting a Bartender to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.
Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager the role will cover any tasks related to the beverage service in our lobby bar The Living and in the rooftop bar.
- This is fulltime position 5 days a week with 2 days off.
- The starting date is estimated in April.
We look for people who love to create memorable experiences around food and drink and to leave a mark on the F&B department.

What youll do:
- Represent and be the face of the hotel/bar to all guests.
- Pamper our guest
- Order prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Ensure clean glasses bar equipment and working areas.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Comply with all health safety and hygiene standards and policies.
What youll need:
- Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
- A warm peopleoriented demeanor and a teamplayer attitude.
- At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
- A safetyfirst approach.
- Positive outlook and dependability.
- Previous bartending experience is a big plus.
