Summary/Objective:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales of Building Ones comprehensive range of products and services including Janitorial Services Facility Services and Property Management solutions. This role is focused on exceeding monthly sales targets expanding market presence within assigned territories and educating clients on the value and benefits of our offerings. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering longterm client relationships and contributing to the companys continued growth and success.

1. Maintain list of upcoming RFPs company should be participating or considering
participating in.
2. Ability to create and/or modify sales approach to achieve results.
3. Serve as Account Manager for converted opportunities to ensure service
excellence is delivered.
4. Identify and execute on cross sell opportunities.
5. Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls orders sales lost business and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
6. Provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
7. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all prospects.
8. Other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience
1. Minimum 2 years of janitorial/building maintenance sales experience preferred
2. Experience in the service cleaning or construction industries preferred
3. Strong knowledge of practices and techniques.
4. Associates Degree or higher preferred
