We are looking for a Purchase Assistant whose responsibilities include researching new vendorstracking deliveries and updating order records (e.g. dates invoices and discounts. If youre familiarwith supply chain procedures and know how to create and translate cost analyses you would be the
right fit for the role.
Research and evaluate about the suppliers
Get quotation and negotiate on pricing with suppliers
New product listing and monitoring
Project tracking and reporting
Creating purchase orders
Maintaining reports on Microsoft Excel MS Project and Microsoft Dynamics
Coordination with design and logistics team to keep track of projects
Monitor inventory level and determine appropriate delivery dates
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Desired Skills
A bachelors degree in business supply chain management or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in procurement sourcing or purchasing will be advantageous
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Attention to detail
