Job Summary
As a Senior Graphic Designer you will be at the forefront of our and our partners marketing efforts combining strategic thinking with creative excellence to deliver designs that inspire and engage. Youll take ownership of highprofile projects while working closely with crossfunctional teams to bring big ideas to life.
Primary Responsibilities:
Creative Development: Design and oversee various projects including digital campaigns print materials social media graphics events packaging and more.
Strategic Marketing: Collaborate with marketing product and leadership teams to translate strategic goals into innovative and visually compelling narratives that drive the business forward.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with designers copywriters marketers web developers and internal and external teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that leave a lasting impact.
Drive Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends tools and techniques to continuously refine and elevate our visual identity and marketing efforts.
Ensure Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines while experimenting with fresh ideas to keep our designs forwardthinking and relevant.
About You
Youre a creative thinker with a strong portfolio* showcasing your ability to create bold innovative and visually stunning designs.
You thrive on collaboration but are confident leading projects independently driving them from concept to completion.
You believe in the power of design as a tool to accelerate business performance and are always searching for ways to elevate brand narratives.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional multichannel design experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.; knowledge of Figma Sketch or other UI/UX tools is a plus.
Design Excellence: A proven track record of delivering highquality work across multiple platforms with a thorough understanding of typography layout and color theory.
Team Skills: Previous experience working within collaborative teams with the ability to balance constructive feedback and creative encouragement.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and articulate ideas effectively to various stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
