Post: Senior Production Supervisor
Education:BE / DME Mechanical
Experience:2to 5 years inHot Press forging (Press 1600ton 2500ton 1300ton)
Salary Up to 2.80 LPA
Job Profile & Responsibility:
- Supervise and achieving daily production target
- Handling skilled & unskilled manpower
- Responsible for the material handling
- Final inspection of all components.
- Organized continual improvement TPM5sts 16949
- Responsible for day to day work management activities like production planning
- Rejection rework control & preventive maintenance actions.
- Looking the activities like product audit process audit & documents updating
- Ensure proper housekeeping
- Arrange & allocate workforce according to workload
- Daily Dispatch
- Cost Minimization
- Kaizen activities
- Implementation of the quality system at every stage of the process
- CoOrdination with quality taking corrective necessary actions for reducing rejections and rework.
