Are you looking to join a dynamic team handling quality employment work
Senior Associate Employment Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A highly regarded and forward thinking national law firm with an excellent client base and a Sunday Times 100 Best Company to work for.
Role
Abroad mix of contentious and noncontentious work forpublic organisations and Government bodies
The work is technically very interesting arising from the size and complexity of the clients and the national context in which they sit.
The clients are rewarding to work with; they are highly qualified experienced and keen to do their best for their organisation as well as being fair to employees.
Engaging in business development activity to promote the firms practice.
You
5 years experience gained in a reputable firm with a substantive employment law practice.
Ability to build very good relationships with clients potential clients and multipliers
Ability to lead on Employment Tribunal matters and run matters with minimal supervision.
