Job Description
Your Team Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical delivery of Analytics programs by collaborating with data research engineering and quality teams throughout the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance.
- Create program collateral requirements specifications and functional and technical designs in addition to ownership and priorization of the program backlog.
- Build and manage partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders across functions by effectively communicating program plans progress towards business goals and status through reports and steering committees based on business objectives.
- Bring clarity to stakeholders to enable better decisionmaking and accountability on the program strategy to improve the customer experience. This includes aligning multiple internal business or development teams on operations and development.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and advocate for product vision build the roadmap interact with clients to collect feedback work crossfunctionally with design marketing customer support etc. over the product or feature lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond.
- Build and manage partnerships with all key internal and external stakeholders partners customers. Define and drive technical delivery of strategic programs.
- Define and measure program feature success metrics to drive features with business value.
- Effectively communicate program plans progress towards business goals and status through reports reporting back to steering committees and business owners based on business objectives and strategy as identified initially.
- Build program collateral requirements specifications functional and technical design own & manage the backlog.
- Drive strategic decisions and to help build strategic initiatives to improve customer experience.
- Additional aspects of the role may include operations or business development or aligning multiple internal business or development teams.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- Degree or equivalent work experience on finance business computer science or scientific fields
- Experience over 5 years owning and driving the what and why technical depth to influence the how and driving across globally matrixed teams making reversible decisions and critical tradeoffs.
- Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills writing skills and formal presentation skills to technical and nontechnical partners and customers.
- Experience in defining success metrics and outcomes and making datadriven decisions to influence feature priorities.
- Experience working with clients technical teams and management to collect and translate customer/business needs into detailed product requirements and functional/technical specs.
- Experience working on agile development teams and knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle.
