About the Client Support Intern:
Hi Im Kathleen the People Operations Manager here at Venture for Canada (VFC). Ill be leading the recruitment for this new opening. Ive been with VFC since 2019 and have seen it grow from 9 to 30 team members! Weve got such a dedicated and hardworking team of amazing people and were excited to see it expand! Reporting to the Manager of Fellowship Programs the Client Support Intern will support the maintenance of our admissions and client support processes for our Fellowship Program!
Youll be joining our Program Management Team which oversees all of our program participants.. Youll have a direct impact on Venture for Canadas program offerings by engaging with our participants and ensuring their needs are met as well as proactively evaluating the effectiveness of our external communications and systems.
This is role is part of VFCs commitment to fostering workintegrated learning for Canadian students in addition to gaining valuable handson experience interns will also receive 1x1 mentoring from our Director of People Operations and Finance a curated set of learning materials and participate in professional development groups to further advance skill development. These skill development sessions will focus on relationship building time management objectivebased working styles delegation project planning and working in small teams and more!
This is a contract position and employment is contingent on funding approval.

Venture for Canada is committed to providing equal pay for equal work with salaries in line with industry standards. The salary for this position is $770/week.
Location: Virtual home office must be within Canada.
