What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Manager to join our Fulfillment Finance team. In this role you will be a key player in maximizing profitability for our thirdparty and intercompany business coordinating intercompany pricing strategies and ensuring accurate transactional costs. This position reports to the Director FP&A and is a remote working role.

• ThirdParty Profitability:

  • Analyze profitability of thirdparty customer segments products and channels.

  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing reduce costs and enhance profitability.

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to thirdparty profitability.

  • Develop processes and reporting to ensure thirdparty transactional cost data accurately reflects invoiced costs

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on thirdparty performance.

• Intercompany Profitability:

  • Develop processes and reporting to ensure intercompany transactional cost data is accurately reflected

  • Monitor and analyze intercompany transaction data to identify trends potential risks and opportunities for profit optimization

  • Collaborate with other intercompany businesses

• Transactional Standard Cost Accuracy:

  • Develop audit processes and reporting to monitor transactional cost data for accuracy

  • Identify discrepancies and develop remediation to improve overall accuracy of transactional standard cost data for internal thirdparty and intercompany fulfillment

  • Analyze fulfillment cost variances and identify cost drivers to optimize profitability.

  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate cost estimates by fulfillment type.

  • Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of cost fluctuations on product profitability.

• Other:

  • Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis activities related to thirdparty and intercompany fulfillment.

  • Assist in monthend closing activities and financial reporting.

  • Support internal and external audit requirements.

  • Participate in special projects and adhoc analysis as needed.

What You Need:

• PostSecondary education in Accounting Finance or related field.

• 5 years of experience in cost accounting financial analysis or a related role.

• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and methodologies.

• Experience with transfer pricing regulations and best practices.

• Proven ability to analyze financial data and prepare insightful reports.

• A proactive engaged and actionoriented attitude.

• An attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and comfort with presenting to all levels of the organization.

• Strong interpersonal skills with high energy and enthusiasm for a fastpaced environment

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SQL Snowflake and database mining.

• CPA or CMA designation.
