About the role
BaptistCare Morven Gardens is seeking Carers to join their team on a permanent part time basis.As a carer youll get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts.
Duties may include:
- Assistance with a wide range of personcentred care in accordance with care plans
- Assistance with medication
- Simple wound dressing
- Assistance with activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love
Skills & experience
- Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to others
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable)
- OR willing to complete Certificate Traineeships on offer to eligible candidates
- We encourage Nursing students to apply
