Job Summary: The company is looking to recruit an ambitious and energetic Growth Professional to join our team drive customer acquisition optimise conversion strategies and scale our growth efforts online and offline.
Specifically the job requires taking ownership of the following for the India and South African markets:
- Lead Generation & Management:
- Develop strategies to generate highquality leads for customers and channel partners (CP) through online and offline paid channels such as Google SEM LinkedIn Events etc. Work alongside the Global Marketing Operations Management Team to implement and bring all growth strategies to life and ensure the team meet the targets.
- Campaign Optimisation & ROI Maximisation:
- Design and implement conversion rate optimisation strategies alongside the tech team to enhance campaign performance across various channels.
- Utilise datadriven insights to influence decisionmaking throughout the sales funnel to maximise return on investment (ROI).
- Experimentation & Innovation:
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of different growth tactics and strategies.
- Pilot and evaluate new growth channels both digital and traditional to identify scalable opportunities.
- Organic Growth Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategies to scale organic growth through search engine optimisation (SEO) and online reputation management (ORM).
- Collaborate with content and technology teams to enhance website performance increase visibility and drive organic traffic.
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai (Hybrid role combined with working from home)

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5 years of experience in growth marketing digital marketing or a related role preferably within the solar industry or renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record in lead generation campaign optimisation and organic growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisionmaking and optimise marketing efforts.
- Experience with A/B testing SEO ORM and other growthrelated tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fastpaced environment.
