Key Responsibilities:
1. Care for Hospitality:
Provide friendly efficient and personalized service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Take orders process payments and accurately assemble and deliver orders in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area and dining room ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety
2. Skill Development:
New hires will go through a proper introductory training program
Promotion Path is visible and the training materials for each promotion is accessible
All team members will be given regular feedback on their performance; it is a requirement to embrace all feedback
3. Teamwork and Collaboration:
