Who You Are
ASJ is committed to providing the highestquality service to its stakeholders maintaining a welcoming and organized office and providing support to a fastpaced team. The Office Associate serves in a support role to our organization at large managing the front desk at the Oakland headquarters office and attending to organizationwide needs including but not limited to office usage resource and supply management operations requests security and mail processing. The successful candidate is experienced in their ability to manage all aspects of office maintenance create systems to deliver effective office management and take initiative to proactively monitor evaluate and improve them. The individual who fills this role will be expected to work out of ASJs Oakland office. This position will work in close collaboration with the Operations Program Manager Director of People Operations key Ops staff and have the opportunity to interface with staff and partners from across the organization.

Hourly rate commensurate with experience. This is a nonexempt position that can work between 2032 hours per week.
