Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator of the Florida Institute of CPAs will be a professional in executing digital marketing strategy. This role requires collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Team and is responsible for digital content delivery through email website and social channels all while managing deadlines and delivering flawless final products. This role assists in planning and implementing the FICPAs overall interactive and social media initiatives to engage current and potential members; educate the public; strengthen the FICPA brand; and promote FICPAs products and services.

Reports to: Director Marketing Strategy

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive highly effective digital campaigns enhance user experience and deliver on digital objectives while tracking and reporting on campaign progress.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager on monitoring social media accounts and social listening.
  • Curate content update online assets streamline digital marketing production and handle general digital marketing activities.
  • Build digital assets including graphics and videos to deliver highquality digital content.
  • Design and build email communications.
  • Master all aspects of the FICPA AMS and build database queries for email and direct mail.
  • Use data to recommend tactics and strategies to optimize the effectiveness of social media and other digital communication channels.
  • Report analytics on all digital engagement including email social and web traffic.
  • Stay informed about data privacy regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with other duties needed to help drive the vision of the FICPA fulfill its mission and abide by its values.

Experience and Skills:

Education Requirements:

  • Graduation from high school or an equivalent certificate.
  • Two to five years of professional experience as a marketing coordinator including digital marketing digital and social media platforms/scheduling; a minimum of one year of experience using HTML to develop or edit emails in a promotional marketing effort; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Experience and Competencies:

  • Knowledge and experience with email marketing project management content management and digital marketing systems. Familiarity specifically with Adestra Wrike Feathr Sprout Social Hub Spot and Google Ads is a plus.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud skills including InDesign Photoshop Premier Pro/After Effects etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in all forms collaborate with others and has exceptional attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of general marketing and communications principles.
  • Knowledge of marketing databases email campaigns SEO and social media campaigns. A/B and multivariate experiments. Email and social media analytics.

Essential Physical Skills:

  • Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic/mobile device functions for data collection and use a keyboard/computer printer fax copier.
  • Able to receive and act on detailed information through oral and written communication.
  • Must apply finger dexterity sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision hearing oral communication and critical thinking on a regular basis to perform all duties and responsibilities.
  • Requires extended periods of sitting working on the computer and using electronic telephone devices.
  • Ability to travel via car.
  • May frequently be required to stand walk and occasionally use arms and hands to reach.
  • May also require occasional lifting and carrying of 1020 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in the primary workplace location to ensure appropriate cooperation and collaboration with coworkers in an inperson capacity to best ensure support to the Associations membership.
