Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and structured Senior Associate / Consultant to join our Sportsbook Strategy team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in toptier strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent) who are passionate about the sportsbook industry.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives bringing longterm thinking and datadriven insights to complement an executionfocused team. They will scrutinize performance metrics establish structured problemsolving frameworks and help shape the strategic direction of our sportsbook business with a primary focus on Brazil Spain Portugal and Canada.
- Performance Analysis & Strategic Insights: Conduct deepdive analyses on sportsbook performance in Brazil Spain Portugal and Canada utilizing data to uncover insights and drive informed decisionmaking. Work closely with local Operations Teams and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to define and track key metrics.
- LongTerm Strategic Planning: Develop structured forwardthinking strategies to enhance sportsbook performance ensuring sustainable growth and differentiation in these key markets.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Establish mechanisms to track and analyze competitors strategies regulatory changes and market trends in Brazil Spain Portugal and Canada to inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Work crossfunctionally with product trading commercial and marketing teams to align on strategic priorities and ensure . Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
- Business Case Development: Translate insights into actionable business cases that drive traction with product and tech teams. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and track progress against key milestones.
- Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in sportsbook operations and propose structured solutions to improve decisionmaking and speed.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent) or a strategic role within the sports betting industry.
- Strong analytical capabilities ability to define key sportsbook performance metrics analyze them rigorously and translate insights into strategic action.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex topics into concise impactful recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across different business units.
Preferred:
- Understanding of sportsbook dynamics including product offerings trading mechanics and regulatory landscapes particularly in Brazil Spain Portugal and Canada.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus)
