Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team within Visa. Key responsibilities will include:

  • You will launch own and drive our fleet product strategies in the United States Mexico and Canada.
  • The role will require you to collaborate with key partners both internal and external in launching and growing fleet capabilities and business development.
  • You will support and project manage the ecosystem partners in the three focus counties to bring fleet capabilities to life.
  • As the voice of the market and fleet clients you will need to provide feedback develop product plans and collaborate with global product  teams to prioritize and maintain product roadmaps to drive future growth.
  • You will work with market teams to develop and execute sales pipelines in fleet and mobility across the region.
  • Be a thought leader and champion of innovation.  Flexibility and forward thinking in our solutions and capabilities in the region is key in driving new solutions for this segment.
  • Being at the forefront of technology and solutions such as mobile telematics virtual cards and embeddedcar payment technology as well as the future of electric and hydrogen fleet services that will impact and shape the future of fleet offerings across the region.
  • The role requires that you develop an understanding of issuer acquirer merchant economics to determine profitability how products are targeted and launched the opportunities to target and how to gotomarket with set plays that can work with all stakeholders. 
  • Analyzing client data and reacting quickly to account changes and/or market changes that may directly impact the profitability of accounts.
  • Working closely with the B2B & Commercial product team to ensure client / market needs are being met and great product solutions / platforms are being delivered.
  • Working with clients to identify new and ongoing requirements introducing new B2B & Commercial products and services as appropriate endeavoring to break down silos and work collaboratively across different teams as One Visa.
  • Engaging with crossfunctional colleagues including Marketing and Communications to deliver excellent client and industryspecific messaging and material.
  • Staying current with industry and client trends and maintaining a strong knowledge of Visa products and services.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications :

Experience in Fleet or Cards and Payments with a track record in developing new strategies and product executions.
Demonstrated track record of supporting complex product or client deals or partnerships from negotiation to closing and through delivery with demonstrated trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across functions and geographies in a complex matrix environment.
Team player who enjoys working as part of a small agile team with positive attitude and aptitude and interest in learning new things.
Open mindedness and excitement about future technologies willingness to learn and work in a multicultural environment.
Analytical problem solving and project management skills.
Effective influencing and communication skills to secure buyin from clients and stakeholders.
A team player who is able to develop strong internal and external relationships ensuring uptake and delivery of Visa solutions.
Ability to work with leading industry partners to negotiate effectively and achieve desired outcomes.
Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way.
Full Fluency in both English and Spanish. Professional Proficiency in Portuguese additive.
