Qualifications :
Experience in Fleet or Cards and Payments with a track record in developing new strategies and product executions.
Demonstrated track record of supporting complex product or client deals or partnerships from negotiation to closing and through delivery with demonstrated trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across functions and geographies in a complex matrix environment.
Team player who enjoys working as part of a small agile team with positive attitude and aptitude and interest in learning new things.
Open mindedness and excitement about future technologies willingness to learn and work in a multicultural environment.
Analytical problem solving and project management skills.
Effective influencing and communication skills to secure buyin from clients and stakeholders.
A team player who is able to develop strong internal and external relationships ensuring uptake and delivery of Visa solutions.
Ability to work with leading industry partners to negotiate effectively and achieve desired outcomes.
Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way.
Full Fluency in both English and Spanish. Professional Proficiency in Portuguese additive.
