Job Description
Position: Tax Administrator
Isisekelo Recruitment a leading recruitment agency in the industry is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tax Administrator to join their clients team based in George
As a Tax Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations as well as managing all aspects of tax processing including data gathering preparation and filing. Your main goal will be to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiency for their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- SARS efiling equipped
- Registering all tax types
- Correspond with SARS consultants
- SARS payment arrangements
- Submission of objections and appeals with SARS
- Manage and submit SARS audits and reviews
- Prepare tax payments
- Submit and track tax returns (Companies Trusts and Individuals)
- Provisional tax management and submission
- Organize and update companies tax database
- Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
- Public Officer and Representative Trustee appointments at SARS
Qualifications:
- Equipped and have strong working knowledge of tax compliance matters
- Well equipped in tax admin matters on efiling
- Must have good understanding of SARS procedures
- A good communicator (written and verbal skills)
- Dynamic and motivated
- Able to work on their own and/or in a team
- Fast learner
- Computer literate
- You must have worked within an Accountancy Practice
