ExxonMobils affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru Mumbai and the National Capital Region.
ExxonMobils affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.
ExxonMobils LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG marketdevelopment activities.
The Global Business Center Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobils operations around the globe.

What role you will play in our team
- Support SAP (ERP) PurchasetoPay systems including system upgrades enhancements and maintenance
What you will do
- Support SAP PurchasetoPay systems including system upgrades enhancements and maintenance
- Activities include testing and maintenance e.g. issue escalation and resolution and help IT to automate manual test cases
- Identify opportunities for Acquisition & Warehouse process improvement or system errors and propose solutions
- Design and align with multiple stakeholder like Procurement & warehouse business process owners IT. Provide training to end user for new enhancements.
- Lead system enhancements across SAP MM WM & EWM modules. Coordinate the process design with SAP systems analyst test and manage UAT for projects
- This position demands candidate to learn EWM WM module and agile delivery model on the job
- Good to have an understanding on the changes in S4Hana compared to ECC
About you
Skills and Qualifications.
- A Bachelors degree in business administration or IT from a recognized university with a score of GPA 6 and above.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Procurement and knowledge on Payables Material Management (MM) Warehousing and/ Finance and Controlling.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and facilitating SAP MM incidents with consultant.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel Access Word and PowerPoint intermediate level) and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience.
- SAP MM EWM.
- Controls and audit independence Mindset with Logical thinking.
- Applies Learning communicates effectively decision making capability.
- Clear understanding of Procurement System.
- Controls and Change Management Application.
- Collaboration and positive influence
