Overview:

Afynd Private Limited is seeking driven Marketing Manager/ Creative Head who will lead the development and of innovative marketing strategies and creative campaigns that drive brand awareness engagement and revenue growth for Afynd Private Limited. This role involves overseeing all marketing initiatives managing a creative team and ensuring that marketing efforts align with business objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with company goals and target audience needs.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.

• Creative Direction:

Lead the creative vision for all marketing materials including advertising digital content social media print and experiential marketing.

Oversee the creative process from concept development to ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.

• Campaign Management:

Plan execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital print social media and events.

Monitor campaign performance analyze metrics and optimize strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).

• Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor the marketing and creative team fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Provide guidance and feedback to ensure highquality deliverables and professional growth of team members.

• Content Creation:

Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content that engages and informs the target audience.

Collaborate with content creators designers and agencies to produce highimpact marketing materials.

• Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance the companys brand identity ensuring all marketing efforts reflect the brands values and positioning.

Develop and implement strategies to strengthen brand equity and customer loyalty.

• Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.

Track and report on budget expenditures and campaign results.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments such as sales product development and customer service to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Engage with external partners agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

• Event Management:

Plan and coordinate marketing events product launches and promotional activities to drive engagement and generate leads.

Oversee event logistics promotion and postevent analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field. Masters degree or MBA is a plus.

Proven experience in marketing management creative direction or a related role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creative strategy campaign management and successful marketing initiatives.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including SEO SEM social media and email marketing.

Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.

Ability to think creatively and strategically with a strong eye for design and detail.

Experience with budget management and performance analysis.
