Looking to transition into a rewarding career in the mortgage industry Spring EQ invites you to apply for our Mortgage Operations Specialist Training Program designed for individuals with at least one year of work experience.
Responsibilities
Program Highlights:
- Comprehensive Mortgage Industry Training: Gain a solid foundation in key terms and processes to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Software Training: Learn to navigate the systems used by our Operations team with confidence.
- Specialized Mortgage Operations Training: Prepare for a future role in our Operations team with specialized knowledge.
- Virtual and Live Classroom Training: Engage in a learning complete with coaching and support to ensure your success.
Program Phases:
1. Initial Training: Begin with foundational mortgage industry and software training.
2. OntheJob Learning: Suport an Operations team while applying your new knowledge.
3. Application Analyst Program: Move into this phase to meet quality requirements earn certificates pass exams contribute to production while receiving continued coaching and feedback on your performance.
What to Expect After Completing the Program:
Upon completing your program you will become eligible for promotion to an operations role at Spring EQ where you will:
- Review confidential loan data to assist homeowners in accessing their home equity.
- Provide highquality service to both internal and external customers including third parties and borrowers.
- Review and validate loan applications and documentation with precision.
- Take accountability for problem resolution and meeting consumer needs.
- Uphold Spring EQs Mission and Values in your daily work.
Qualifications
Education: Associate or Bachelors degree required.
Experience: Data entry customer service or operations experience (especially in highvolume environments) is a plus.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word Teams and Outlook.
Qualities:
- A selfstarter with a strong work ethic and interest in learning about operations in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask problemsolve and efficiently manage time.
- Accountability with a track record of meeting deadlines and commitments.
