Position Responsibilities:
- Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.
- Provides objective evidence of results.
- Performs auditing surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies.
- Segregates and controls nonconforming items.
- Performs preliminary review and disposition of nonconformance.
- Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
- Identifies repetitive or significant nonconformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- High School Diploma
- 3 years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Quality or experience in a regulated industry
- Ability to work a 1st or 2nd shift schedule
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience interpreting blueprints and engineering specifications
- Experience with verifying routine product conformance to design requirements
- Experience identifying nonconformances
- Experience working with/in Common Manufacturing Systems (CMES)
- CMM Romer/Faro Arm Laser Tracker experience
- PC DMIS or Spatial Analyzer experience
