Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Warehouse Management Executive to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure effective inventory management safe storage of goods and timely dispatch of orders. This role requires strong organizational skills the ability to manage a team and a thorough understanding of warehouse operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage and optimize warehouse space utilization to accommodate incoming stock and ensure efficient inventory management.
Supervise and train warehouse staff ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and product integrity.
Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations including inventory levels stock movements and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and company policies.
Soft Skills
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management best practices.
