What will you do

  • Provide firstline IT support via phone email chat or a selfservice portal.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using remote access tools.

  • Track and prioritize IT requests in a service management system.

  • Utilize internal resources for firsttime resolution.

  • Collaborate with 2ndlevel support teams and external service providers.

  • Guide employees in effectively using systems and devices.

Candidate profile

  • Fluent in German (proficient/bilingual) and advanced in English.

  • Experience in 1st or 2ndlevel IT support preferably in a largescale setting.

  • Strong technical skills with Windows 10 Office 365 MS Teams and troubleshooting hardware/software.

  • Problemsolving mindset with strong analytical abilities.

  • Familiarity with ITSM ticket systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and ITIL V4 processes is a plus.

  • Customeroriented proactive and eager to learn.

  • Open to flexible shifts and professional growth opportunities.

Employer offers

  • Fulltime permanent contract 39 hours/week): Monday to Friday 08:0017:00.

  • Competitive salary: 22000 gross/year up to 2400 gross/year in bonuses.
