TMD Staffing is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives in the Baytown TX 77523 area of Houston!
Work Environment: Cold storage facility/Office
Tasks:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson regarding inventory orders and delivery schedules.
- Process customer orders for incoming and outgoing shipments ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Schedule and manage appointments for product delivery and pickup ensuring timelines are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service logistics or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including functions charts data analysis and reporting).
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (possible shift from 8:00 AM 4:30 PM)
Pay: $18/hour
