We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Executive to join our dynamic Legal Team. The Senior Legal Executive will be responsible for providing Legal support to the Organization across various functions ensuring Compliance with Laws and Regulations managing Contracts and offering Legal Counsel on Business Matters. The ideal Candidate should have extensive knowledge of Corporate Law excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex Legal Matters independently.

What you will do:
Legal Advice and Counsel:
Provide Legal Advice and Strategic Guidance to Senior Management and different Departments on a variety of Legal Issues including Corporate Commercial Labor Intellectual Property and Regulatory Matters.
Assist in decisionmaking processes by assessing the Legal implications of Business Strategies and Projects.
Draft review negotiate and finalize various types of contracts including but not limited to Commercial Contracts Master Service Agreements NDAs Licensing Agreements Partnership Contracts Rent Agreements Insertion Orders Shareholders Agreements etc.
Ensure that all Contracts comply with the Legal Requirements Company Policies and Regulatory Standards.
Manage coordinate and oversee any ongoing Litigation or Dispute Resolution processes working closely with external counsel when necessary.
Provide Legal Representation in Arbitration Mediation and Litigation Proceedings.
Monitor and ensure that the Company complies with applicable Laws Regulations and Corporate Governance Standards.
Keep uptodate with changes in Legal Regulations and advise on necessary Compliance measures.
To maintain and review Internal Policies and Procedures to ensure Legal Compliance.
Identify and assess Legal Risks and provide recommendations for mitigating potential Legal Issues.
Advise the Organization on the potential Legal Risks involved in Business Operations Contracts and New Initiatives.
Conduct Legal Research and Draft Reports Opinions and Memorandum on various Legal matters.
Stay updated on relevant Laws Legal Trends and Industry Practices.
Contract Management
Dispute Resolution and Litigation:
Advise Management on the possible outcomes and mitigation Strategies related to Disputes.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
Risk Management
Legal Research and Documentation
Requirements
LLB/LLM (Bachelors or Masters in Law) from a recognized University.
Any additional Legal qualifications or certifications are a plus.
35 years of experience in a Corporate Legal department or Law Firm.
Experience in handling complex commercial and corporate Legal Matters.
Proven track record in Drafting and Negotiating Contracts.
Experience in managing Disputes Litigation and Risk Mitigation Strategies.
Strong knowledge of Corporate Law Contract Law Intellectual Property Law and Dispute Resolution.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex Legal Concepts in simple terms.
Ability to manage multiple Legal Projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
High level of Integrity Professionalism and Ethical Standards.
Proactive with the ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
