Were looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our People Systems team. You will support and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Greenhouse by designing implementing and maintaining efficient workflows ensuring seamless integrations and providing analytical insights. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of HR IT and Talent Acquisition professionals to enhance and scale our recruitment process while maintaining industry best practices and regulatory compliance.

You will be based in San Jose CA Bellevue WA or New York NY and go into the office 3 days per week (TuesdayThursday). Reporting to the Director of People Systems you will be responsible for:

• Greenhouse ATS Management: Oversee the design configuration and maintenance of workflows job requisition approvals offer templates interview plans and system audits to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Implementation and Upgrades: Manage endtoend Greenhouse ATS implementation projects from requirements gathering to postlaunch support while staying informed about new features and planning upgrades to minimize disruptions.
• Guidance and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for Greenhouserelated inquiries offering expert guidance to users creating comprehensive documentation and providing actionable strategies to improve efficiency and enhance the candidate/recruiter experience.
• System Integrations: Ensure seamless integrations with HCM systems job boards and thirdparty tools maintaining data accuracy and operational consistency.
• Reporting and Insights: Develop tailored reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics monitor system performance and generate insights to support strategic decisionmaking.

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5 years of handson experience in ATS Administration.
• Experience leading at least 1 fullcycle Greenhouse ATS implementation.
• Indepth understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with complex configurations of Greenhouse (e.g. workflows job board integrations).
• Experience integrating Greenhouse with Workday HCM.
