Job Description
- Cost Planning and Material Reconciliation.
- Preparation of costing for individual components in accordance with BOQ specifications.
- Analyse compare and finalise vendor quotations in accordance with BOQ specifications.
- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule
- Quantity estimation of Architectural and RCC work.
- Variance analysis of the cost.
- Rate Analysis.
- Perform bill certification & quantity surveying by using CAD cost control and change management operations are carried out throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensure post contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively.
- Coordination for Sub contractor and client billing.
Requirements
SurveyingEducation
B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Diploma in Civil
Key Skills: Budgeting Costing Estimation Quantity Surveying BOQ preparations etc.
