Job Description
Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Catering Assistant to join our team working at Hutchesons Grammar Glasgow G42 7RN.
You will be working as part of a fantastic team serving customers and providing excellent customer service throughout. You will be required to perform basic food preparation and perform general cleaning tasks both back and front of house.

What we offer:
- This is a part time position 20 hours per week term time only. Shifts range between Monday Friday between 8am 2.30pm with a scheduled Saturday shift in per month to cover school events.
- The hourly rate is 12.21.

A day in the life of a Catering Assistant:
- Basic food preparation including sandwiches grab and go items basic hot food if required.
- Hot counter food service (breakfast and lunch).
- Serving students and operating the till ensuring you are always providing excellent customer service.
- Stocking up and putting away deliveries.
- General cleaning back and front of house making sure the unit is clean and tidy before during and after service.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Previous catering experience is essential for this role especially food production experience
