Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed market research to assess industry trends customer needs and competitive dynamics. Identify market opportunities and risks providing insights to guide strategic planning.
2. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business opportunities and forecast financial performance. Analyze financial data to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
3. Prepare detailed business cases including costbenefit analysis ROI and risk assessment. Present business cases and strategic recommendations to senior management.
4. Monitor competitor activities and market positioning. Provide insights on competitor strategies and industry benchmarks.
5. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
6. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align market research with business objectives. Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
7. Stay informed about technological advancements regulatory changes and emerging trends in the data center industry. Provide advisory on market entry strategies and new technology adoption.
