In one sentence
Lead the solution architecture throughout project lifecycle (Business development Presale Scoping Design Development Ongoing operations). Ensure solution meets customer business and technical needs by leveraging Amdocs assets and best practices while integrating with customer IT environment.
What will your job look like
- You will own the solution design throughout the project lifecycle and be accountable for solution integrity.
- Gain insight into customers environment challenges and opportunities in order to propose areas where Amdocs products and solutions can add value. Ensure proposed solution that reflects Amdocs value proposition and competitive advantage.
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry and technology trends standards and competition in order to identify business opportunities based on domain market dynamics.
- Share and communicate endtoend solutions (orally and in writing) to executives business sponsors and technical resources in a clear and concise manner that is in the vernacular of each group.
- Design cost effective solution that maximizes value to the customer and considers constraints such as budget timelines local market and meeting customer requirements
- Guide various product experts regarding the solution.
- Create and support (POC)/demos as to present solutions to client.
- Provide ongoing feedback to product management for delivery of best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers software developers quality assurance engineers and project managers.
- Contribute to innovation and product evolution within their functional area by sharing with peers & product managers information such as industry trends & standards competition etc.
- Analyze requirements provided by the Customer or by the Product Management
- Deliver functional specifications and interfaces documentation of the product.
Critical Experiences:
- Customer facing experience
- Wide knowledge of relevant products and Business process in Telecom billing domain.
- Knowledge of telecom industry relevant technical architecture and industry standards for example eTOM
- Experience in leading team in crossAmdocs domain solution
- Proven experience in defining customer requirements and solutions and project implementation
- Basic experience with SQL
- Excellent analysis and design skills

- Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management Information Systems.
- Customerfacing experience
- 59 years of experience in defining customer requirements and solutions and project implementation.
- Wide knowledge of relevant products and endtoend Business process of telecom industry relevant technical architecture and industry standards.
- Experience in leading team in crossdomain solution within the organization.
