About the role:
As part of the Finance team within the Portfolio Service Centre (PSC) this role will help drive the delivery of contract administration and invoice management for our Finance Service Centre team to ensure efficient management of the Accounts Payable process and efficient resolution of issues.
You will be responsible for the following activities:
Financial coding of Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Invoices from subcontractors.
Raising & amending purchase orders.
Financially closing WOs ready for invoicing.
Liaise with Converga team and AP team re queries from subcontractors.
Resolve Utilities Accounts Payable Exceptions.
Manage Utilities/Statutory Tickets / Queries.
Efficient management of Accounts Payable queries.
About you:
Experience with JDE preferred.
Experience in Accounts Payable required.
Excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines.
