Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Greece included.
Your work will be dedicated to an online video sharing and social media platform headquartered in the United States on which as of May 2019 videos were being uploaded to the platform at a rate of more than 500 hours of content per minute.
What you will do:
- You will be providing support via chats and email
- Helping business customers (content creators and monetized partners) with the settings of their accounts and content
- Troubleshooting issues related to content created
- Escalating issues to a higherlevel technician or supervisor for further assistance.
- Keeping up to date with product features specifications and the technology of the products they are providing support for.
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Portuguese (at least C1
- Good level of English (at least B2
- Good computer skills
- Communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
- Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
- You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there with our excellent relocation package!
