Hiring for Senior HR Recruiter in Aurangabad

Recruitment & selection and Induction:
- Handling end to end recruitment.
- Manage all phases of fullcycle recruiting from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations placement and onboarding. Creatively source highcaliber candidates by leveraging recruiting software cold calling and employee referrals.
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Conducting the first round of telephonic interview.
- Follow up with the shortlisted candidates. Guiding them to clear the interview task. Negotiating with the candidates on the salary. Follow up with the offered candidates and keep track
- Follow up with the offered candidates and keep track on their joining dates
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Explaining human resources policies procedures laws and standards to new and existing employees
MIS Operations:
- Preparation and maintenance of daily weekly monthly tracker and Master Recruitment Tracker.
- Created weekly report in terms of current week offer joining to join and offer rejections.
- Coordinated with Director of Recruitments and Team Lead to prepare monthly Dashboard.
- Maintaining employee files and employee tracker.
- Maintaining Employee probation Period Tracker Increment Tracker Employee Leave Tracker.
Training & Development:
Coordinate with managers to understand the training needs.
Identify internal trainers and develop a training calendar for each quarter.
Coordinating with Managers and ensuring the proper of Training.
Responsible for the proper of training programs.
Measuring the Effectiveness of Training programs
