Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Assistant who will be responsible for supporting our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of work experience and will be based in Wagle EstateThane West and are looking candidates from Bhandup Mulund or Dombivli area. This is a fulltime position ideal for someone looking to contribute and grow within a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint to effectively complete tasks.
- Strong data entry skills ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in information gathering and documentation.
- Excellent email communication skills with the ability to professionally communicate with stakeholders.
- Experience in document management relating to organizing storing and retrieving documents.
- Basic understanding of general administration duties and procedures within an office setting.
- Ability to multitask and handle various assignments simultaneously with efficiency.
- Highly organized and responsible with the capacity to manage confidential information sensitively.
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience contributing to administrative functions and support.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings handling correspondence and organizing files.
- Assist with data entry and prepare reports or presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Maintain and update electronic and hard copy filing systems to ensure ready availability of information.
- Coordinate with team members and external parties to arrange conferences meetings and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email communications ensuring timely responses.
- Support with document preparation and formatting according to company standards and requirements.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Assisting with additional projects and tasks as needed to support team objectives and goals.
