Who is your future team
Operationsis responsible for Axis global supply chain sourcing industrialization and manufacturing and we plan and execute to meet customer demands. We work in close collaboration with manufacturing partners worldwide we take responsibility for building and maintaining a supplier base.We ensure that our supply chain is reliable in terms of quality and environmental impact.
The Fulfillment function is part of the Global Supply Chain organization and will drive the strategic direction and of our fulfillment operations including managing our global footprint of configuration and logistics centers (CLC). The fulfillment organization consists of 3 teams Fulfillment Process Development CLC Supply Chain Quality team and the Axis in house CLC located in Lund.
We are on a Supply Chain transformation journey to ensure Axis growth ambitions in combinations with being Resilient Robust and Responsible and this role will be an important contributor to make this happen. Therefore there will be great opportunity to develop the fulfillment function together with the team to make sure that the fulfillment organization contributes to Axis success.
What will you do
As the Fulfillment Director you will be responsible for the management of the Fulfillment process configuration and logistics center operations. From a commercial and strategic perspective you will develop and implement strategies that optimize operational efficiency costeffectiveness and scalability. This role requires a deep understanding of both operational executions and the strategic vision needed to drive longterm success in fulfillment and logistics. You will together with your team ensure our fulfillment operations align with the companys longterm goals focusing on customer satisfaction and efficiency. You will be a member of the Global Supply Chain Management team and you will also lead your own Fulfillment management team.
As Manager for this team your key tasks and responsibilities include:
- A strategic leadership in developing and executing fulfillment strategies to improve operational efficiency reduce cost and meet customer expectations.
- Drive innovation and improvement in our logistics and fulfillment processes staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging technology and automation for operational excellence.
- Lead the management of fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate product delivery by monitoring supply chain performance and acting on improvement possibilities.
- Develop and manage the CLC footprint ensuring they are optimized for maximum productivity scalability and costeffectiveness.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to enhance the profitability of CLC operations including pricing contract management and vendor negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements company policies and industry standards in fulfillment and logistics operations.
- Increase the collaboration with crossfunctional teams including operations sales and R&D departments to align fulfillment strategies with companywide goals and customer needs.
- Lead and grow a highperforming fulfillment team by promoting a collaborative supportive and performancedriven culture.
The position is based at our HQ in Lund and involves travelling approx. 1020 days/year.
You will report to the Global Supply Chain Director.

We are looking for an experienced Fulfillment Director to join the Global Supply Chain team. We believe you are strong in driving strategic direction and of fulfillment operations and have a proven track record of managing managers. We believe that you are a person with a strong personal drive who easily collaborate across organizational borders build alignment and drive business outcome. You are used to work in an innovative and global environment with international experience have a flexible attitude with a structured approach when putting plans into actions. Naturally you possess the ability to lead and navigate change effectively inspire others to do the same making you a strong leader in driving transformation within our organization and you are strong in communication.
We furthermore believe that you have:
- Masters or Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Proven experience 7 years) in supply chain operations with a strong focus on fulfillment logistics or distribution.
- Strong business analytical and organizational skills to support strategic decisionmaking.
- A genuine interest in developing and guiding others.
- Demonstrated strength in building and nurturing strong trusted relationships that foster open communication and teamwork.
- A proactive mindset always seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
