We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in the Carlisle office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The role: Client Advisor
The successful applicant will manage their own portfolio of clients and be responsible for servicing a range of commercial insurance policies.

As a Client Advisor once you have received initial training and support you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients this can involve managing renewals invoicing producing new quotes upselling/cross selling additional products whilst handling any additional queries that are presented.
We will rely on you to:
- Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Manage all daytoday queries new business renewals amendments and midterm adjustments.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients prospects client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
- Serve as a client contact for daytoday needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
What you need to have:
- Previous experience within a similar Insurance Account Manager role is preferred however client/customer facing experience gained from within a similar role or working environment will be considered.
- Strong literacy numeracy administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
