What will you do

We are looking for someone to take on the role as global HR Tech Manager whose role is to take the lead and together with the team drive the development of relevant HR Technology supporting the growth of Axis. In other words introducing smart fun and easy ways to work for employees candidates HR and managers!

We are running Workday globally and an important part of this position is to enable HR to deliver value to candidates employees HR and managers through our Workday platform. This will be done together with our fantastic team of HR Tech Specialists.

Another important part of this role is to drive and support innovation and digitalization in our HR areas together with our Functional leads who drive process development from the business perspective. Being part of the global HR Leadership team you will be closely connected to the business and our HR strategy and expected to support us in reaching success by working with business stakeholders and specialists all over the Axis world.

This means among other things

  • Engage our organization in digitalization of HR processes stand on the barricades when needed.
  • Establish mutual agreed tactics for your area across HR and business functions.
  • Proactively consult with HR leadership and functional teams on business needs.
  • Translate business needs into deliverable solutions and launch them.
  • Establish mutual agreed tactics for your area across HR and business functions.
  • Develop and run the tech part of our HR roadmap in close relation with the business.
  • Take a leading part in developing HR functionality in Workday and/or other tools and systems.
  • Maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders and drive change by engaging Axis employees and managers globally.
  • Being a great leader of our team of HR Tech Specialists.
  • Be overall responsible for reporting done from the systems.
  • Responsible for vendor management and stakeholder relationships.

Who are we looking for
We are looking for someone with ability and experience to find joy and passion in both squared areas such as securing data from a privacy perspective and in softer areas such as planning and executing Axis HR development journey influencing people to use and enjoy digital tools and systems.

We are also looking for a great relationship builder and someone who appreciates working with other people to reach success and that see a challenge as an opportunity for improvement.

To be successful in this new role at Axis we believe you have or are:

  • Engaged positive and have passion for your field of work.
  • Experienced as a leader and are motivated by leading and developing a team.
  • Excellent organizational and followthrough skills.
  • High level of drive selfmotivation and customer orientation.
  • University education in either HR in combination with experience and knowledge from IT or IT in combination with HR experience.
  • Experience from buying developing and implementation of software solutions tools and systems (multicountry).
  • Proven track record of project management.
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal) at least one additional language.

We also expect you to be knowledgeable about Data Protection Regulations such as GDPR and others.

This position will be based in Axis HQ in Lund Sweden. The role is expected to travel from time to time.
