MidLevel: 2 to 4 years of experience FullTime role in Gurgaon
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient Communication Skills
- Ms Office proficiency
- Effective Problemsolving skills
- Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration Human Resources or a related field. Masters degree or professional certification in Compliance or Labor Law preferred.
- Proven experience in compliance management with a focus on labor laws and regulations particularly ESI PF and Contractual Labour Act.
- Strong understanding of statutory requirements and compliance frameworks applicable to the security manpower services industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance strategies
- Ensure company adherence to legal standards and regulations
- Oversee compliance training programs for employees
- Communicate compliance issues to senior management
- Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to statutory regulations related to ESI PF Contractual Labour Act and other relevant laws.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance levels across all company operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and oversee the preparation and submission of required reports and documentation.
- Investigate compliance issues and develop corrective action plans to address any identified deficiencies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate compliance considerations into business processes and decisionmaking.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and development
