Im looking for a selfstarting Growth Marketing Lead to help take the platform to the next level. The foundations already in place theres a strong scalable paid acquisition engine running. Now I need someone who can go deeper: think productled growth lifecycle loops organic growth channels and reengagement strategies. Someone who thrives on experimentation lives in the data and knows how to scale revenue while reducing CAC.
Your Impact
As Growth Marketing Lead youll be responsible for driving results across:
- Growth Strategy develop and execute strategies across acquisition reengagement and revenue growth. Prioritise ruthlessly. Deliver relentlessly.
- PLG & Experiments design and run highimpact experiments optimise funnels and build viral loops that help our product sell itself.
- Lifecycle Marketing reengage users through smart automation email/push campaigns and onboarding optimisations.
- Organic Growth unlock untapped channels like SEO referral programs and communityled growth.
- Analytics & Reporting track learn iterate. Youll own the metrics that matter and be obsessed with testing what works.
- Performance Marketing build on an already working engine but shift the balance toward sustainable organic channels.
About you:
Youre a curious datasavvy operator with a proven track record of scaling growth in fastmoving environments. Youre just as comfortable in the weeds of an experiment as you are setting strategy and making highlevel calls.
- Strong background in PLG lifecycle or marketplace growth
- Experience working in startups marketplaces or productfirst environments
- Analytical handson and always up for a new test
