GreenHills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Human Resources Generalist to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting all HR functions including recruitment employee relations payroll compliance and training. The ideal candidate will be proactive organized and able to handle multiple responsibilities while ensuring a positive employee experience.
YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL
- Coordinate the recruitment and hiring process by posting job openings attending job fairs interviewing applicants sending offers and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare the biweekly payroll utilizing an automated payroll system and maintain relevant records.
- Oversee the companywide training platform and update training plans as needed.
- Coordinate the New Hire Orientation training program.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees addressing concerns and resolving issues to ensure a positive work environment.
- Provide general HR support as needed to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with respect to HR and payroll functions.

- Can communicate effectively and efficiently both verbally and in writing.
- Have experience with Microsoft Office.
- Have obtained a bachelors degree in business human resources or equivalent preferred.
- Are knowledgeable of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software tools.
