Job Description
****Average salary is $72000 (including wage incentives bonuses overtime shift differential etc.****
****This position will include a $3000.00 SignOn Bonus****
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a fulltime mental health therapist to join our Residential Treatment Team working with children in foster care who are placed at our QRTP for mental/ behavioral health support. Someone who is compassionate and wants to help families build on their strengths for healthy longlasting relationships and help connect them with community resources to improve their lives.
Are you looking to do meaningful work and continue to develop your skills
Our fulltime therapists are masters level practitioners with Kansas BSRB licensure that allows for treatment of mental health disorders (LMSW/ LSCSW LPC/ LCPC LMFT LMP/ LP etc). An additional credential for addictions (LAC) is preferred.
A Day in The Life as a therapist
As a Mental Health Therapist for Pathway Family Service you will work directly with children and adolescents and their families in our residential treatment program assisting them in learning skills to maintain stability and permanency in the home. We provide Individual Family and Group Therapy.
