Job Overview
We are seeking an Executive BIM Modeler MEP to join our team in Madurai. This is a fulltime midlevel position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Revit AutoCAD Navisworks BIM Coordination Project Management Collaboration and Revit MEP.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Revit (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with AutoCAD for creating 2D and 3D engineering drawings
- Knowledge in Navisworks for 3D design review and coordination
- Expertise in BIM Coordination to ensure multidisciplinary collaboration
- Solid project management skills to oversee various project phases efficiently
- Strong collaboration skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder communication
- Experience with Revit MEP for mechanical electrical and plumbing design
- A minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of professional experience in a relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage efficient BIM models using Revit for MEP disciplines
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination
- Develop detailed 3D models and construction drawings to support project goals
- Review and validate designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
- Engage in regular project meetings to discuss and resolve technical challenges
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
- Ensure timely delivery of highquality BIM models and documentation
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients contractors and consultants
