As a frontline Brand Ambassador you will represent the Resideo Brand within Security Comfort and Connected Home Distributor accounts! Through your outstanding customer service skills you will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and exceeding customer expectations. You will develop and nurture customer relationships and increase product awareness through education of Resideo products attending trade shows seminars workshops and similar events.

JOB DUTIES:
- Develop a working knowledge of Resideobranded products and solutions in areas such as HVAC/R Fire Safety & Intrusion and Plumbing
- Frequently visit executive channel partner locations in assigned region to merchandise Resideobranded products
- Engage with Resideo product installers contractors and distributors in a professional manner generating new leads and excitement in Resideo products
- Create plan and execute instore trainings with distributors and trade partners to provide education on Resideobranded products
- Support Resideo product campaign management through Social Media engagement and by attending offsite events as required
- Support Resideo sales process and drive product sales by influencing & motivating decision making through effective training communication and presentations
- Attend various external events including but not limited to trade shows seminars and workshops to educate potential customers and partners about Resideo products and solutions
- Maintain accurate customer reporting and visit information within assigned territory
MUST HAVES:
- 2 years of experience in a customerfacing role as a Brand Ambassador Customer Service Representative or similar
- A valid drivers license and the ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check (MVR)
- The ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds

- The typical base salary for this role ranges from $48180 $83820 USD per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors including market conditions skills and experience.
INCENTIVE ELIGIBILITY:
You are eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). This incentive is considered variable incentive pay. You can earn an annual sales incentive which is expressed as a percentage 60 of your annual salary. This amount will be prorated based on your hire date. Attaining your sales targets will allow you to achieve 100 of your variable incentive pay. However overdriving those targets will enable you to increase your variable incentive pay for the SIP performance period.
