What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage refurbishment & expansion projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop project scope & design
- Handle permits & approvals liaising with local authorities
- Control budgets & financial planning to keep projects on track
- Oversee construction & contractor management ensuring high standards
- Identify risks & implement solutions to keep things running smoothly
What Were Looking For:
- Experience managing small to mediumscale projects
- Strong understanding of development construction & fitouts
- Financial acumen & ability to control budgets autonomously
- Exceptional problemsolving & communication skills
- Hospitality or retail project experience (bonus points!
- Willingness to travel interstate for projects
- Qualifications:Tertiary qualification in Project Management Construction Management or a related field
