Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern highlyregarded firm of Chartered Accountants with a strong presence across East Sussex. Role Overview
As an Audit SemiSenior Accountant you will join a supportive and dynamic team reporting directly to the management team. You will play a pivotal role in preparing accounts and conducting audit work for a mixed portfolio of clients including limited companies sole traders and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Preparation: Prepare accounts in compliance with FRS 1021A) for a variety of clients.
Audit Engagements: Conduct statutory audit work including stock takes and responsibility for assigned audit sections ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Team Collaboration: Support junior team members during audits fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Personal Tax Returns: Assist with the preparation of personal tax returns as needed.
Requirements
Professional Development: You are currently studying ACA or ACCA with at least two years experience in a UK accountancy firm including two years of audit experience and seeking a challenging role to further your career.
