You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Support Services Team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Witham Essex. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Senior Binder Specialist will play a crucial role within the binder lineslip and bespoke teams.
You will be responsible for promoting building and maintaining strong relationships with Brokers Clients and Markets while also understanding issues resolving problems and queries and reviewing working practices to enhance efficiency.

We will count on you to:
Manage service operations and functions within a client support process team whilst providing direction on internal governance and compliance.
Support assist and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues as needed.
Support Senior Management by contributing to the of Global CSS strategic objectives; lead and direct how the collective objectives of CSS in local Region and Globally are delivered.
Lead training sessions for all CSS colleagues as applicable.
Contribute to and where required lead change efforts projects quick wins promote ideas to improve our provision of service always question what next never allows us to stand still.
Provide service process information for Request for Proposal (RFP) and sales opportunities.
Lead projects to deliver new Bordeaux Entry Monitoring and Workflow solutions.
Lead team meetings and activities to promote the sharing of opinions ideas knowledge and solutions; maintain strong working relationships and participate in initiatives and/or contribute where required to deliver outcomes.
Work closely with the teams to continually improve clients and market experience and enhance reporting.
What you need to have:
Knowledge of delegated authority concepts and principles laws and regulatory requirements (e.g. FCA) and general business trends.
A track record of successful client account management relationship management engagement and development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for complex communications (presentations negotiations etc. with clients markets and colleagues at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a highperformance team and attention to detail in completing assigned tasks.
A positive attitude willingness to offer and execute ideas and solutions to enhance processes in a changing environment.
What makes you stand out
Strong knowledge of insurance concepts.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex reinsurance contracts and resolve discrepancies.
Indepth technical knowledge of the delegated underwriting arena.
Experience in the London Market.
Consistent provision of guidance through mentoring and/or training colleagues.
Experience in Open Twins
Claims and or Premium processing knowledge.
