- Teaching and Mentoring:
- Deliver lectures tutorials and practical sessions in the assigned specialization(s).
- Develop and update course content to meet academic standards and align with industry needs.
- Guide students in academic projects research and career development.
- Research and Development:
- Engage in active research and publish in reputed journals.
- Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners for innovative research initiatives.
- Secure funding through grants and sponsorships for research activities.
- Academic Administration:
- Participate in curriculum design academic planning and departmental activities.
- Contribute to accreditation processes and academic audits.
- Supervise laboratory work and ensure the maintenance of equipment and resources.
- Student Engagement:
- Provide academic counseling and support to students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Organize and participate in cocurricular and extracurricular activities.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on advancements in pharmaceutical sciences and integrate them into teaching and research.
- Undertake institutional responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- A Masters degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in the respective specialization is mandatory.
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates should meet the qualifications as per AICTE/PCI/UGC norms.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge in the respective specialization.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in conducting research and publishing.
- Ability to use modern teaching methodologies and digital tools.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
